Charleston Pride Parade | June 3rd
Let’s start with the main event: Charleston’s Annual Pride Parade is Saturday June 3rd starting at 9 am. There will be floats, smaller vehicles and a LOT of people walking down King Street. The parade starts at Wragg Square on Ann Street, turns onto King and goes all the way down to Market Street. If you’re interested in participating in the actual parade, you can register below. Come out and join the festivities and celebrate our local LGBTQ+ community here in Charleston!
Official Charleston Pride Crawl | June 3rd
The official bar crawl for Saturday’s events starts shortly after the parade at 11:30 at Uptown Social. This is put on by Blue Steel Promotions and it’s very cool the way they set it up. When you start at Uptown, you’ll get a scorecard that you fill out by going to every participating bar (the first ones to check in get a free signature koozie). The first ones to finish their scorecard will get a custom Pride Crawl t-shirt!
The bars taking part include Uptown, Ink, Republic, Silver Dollar, Dudleys, and potentially a few more. You’ll get exclusive deals at all these bars like $5 Tito’s & Cutwater, $4 Bud Light Seltzers, and $3 Bud Light. Plus more deals specific to each place, and DJs at a few of the stops!
3rd Annual Park Circle Pride Festival
June 6 - 11th
Arguably the biggest pride celebration in Charleston this month is Park Circle’s 3rd Annual Pride Festival. This spans from Tuesday June 6th to Sunday the 11th and features an absolutely jam-packed schedule of events and parties. It’s awesome to see all the businesses coming together to take part in the celebrations, including bars, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, retail shops and more.
Just about the entire Park Circle F&B community will have something this week including a staggering list of DIG in the Park, The Sparrow, Madra Rua, The Mill, The Tattooed Moose, Jackrabbit Philly, Stems & Skins, Holy City Brewing, Commonhouse Aleworks, Wind & Waves Brewing, Firefly Distillery, Nippitaty Distillery, Southern Roots, Lola, and Benny Rinaldi’s Pizza.

Frothy Beard Brewing
Fierce & Frothy Drag Show | June 10th 8 pm
Frothy Beard Brewery is hosting their Fierce & Frothy Drag Show from 8 – 11 pm on June 10th. It’ll be hosted by Avaria Kass and Medusa Chaos, and feature live music by DJ Crystal Guysir, and performances by Kymma Star, Ava Clear, Beau O’Bishop, Diamond Giovanni, Avaria, and Medusa. Tickets start at $10 which you can get at the link below!
Edmund's Oast Brewing Co.
Divas on Tap | June 4th 2 pm
Edmund’s Oast brewery started Charleston’s original drag brunch, Divas on Tap, which is normally every 3rd Sunday. This month in honor of pride month they’ll be hosting a special edition at 2 pm on June 4th hosted by Patti O’Furniture with music by DJ Bookworm. There will also be performances by Kymmya Star, Jolly R. St. Martin, Don Javi, Diamond Giavonni, and special guest Tommie Ross.
EOBC has (a slept on) Power Hour from 4 – 5 on weekdays where everything consumed in-house is half off. On the 4th this will only apply to drinks, but still an insane deal. There will also be a signature cocktail called the DIVAmosa made with Cathead Vodka.
Palmetto Brewing Co.
Drag Brunch | June 10th 11 am - 2 pm
Palmetto Brewing Company is having their first ever Pride Drag Brunch. There will be food and drinks, live performances from Kiki Diamond, Vortha Rich, Ivy Mileena & Lapis. Plus free mini pride flags for the first 50 attendees, and $1 from every pint sold will be donated to Charleston Pride!
Tin Roof
Spicy Saturday DRAG SHOW! | June 17th 7 pm
Tin Roof is having their monthly Spicy Saturday Drag Show, on the 17th. The show, which also happens every 3rd Saturday, is hosted by Shesha Mansion & Mira Shatters with performances by Shye Nee, Tiara Dior, Medusa Chaos, and Aphrodite Mansion.
The picture is their flier from May, and ticket sales aren’t yet available, but it will be $7 in advance and $10 at the door. Doors open at 9 and the show starts at 10.
Republic
Sunday Day Club Drag Show | June 4th
In addition to joining in the official Bar Crawl on Saturday, Republic is also having a Sunday Funday with their Sunday Day Club Drag Show on the 4th. There’ll be music from DJ Dollamenu and they have $78 Mega Mules (every Sunday).
