If you need any assistance reformatting or tweaking any of your images, please send us an email and we’re happy to do it for you! You can send them in an email or share a folder in a Google Drive folder, and we’ll upload them for you once we’ve edited the dimensions!
Banner Images on Page
Starting off with this top section, these are images that will display at the top of your page. Pictures of your bar are a huge deciding factor for Bartopia users, so this is a big part of your page. You can upload as many pictures as you’d like, but we recommend using your best 2 – 4. These images display at a 3:2 aspect ratio. We highly recommend uploading your images in this format for the highest quality and best display. If you upload at a different ratio, it will automatically be cropped and you may lose important content and quality.
The second part is your featured image. This is what will display for your bar/restaurant on any search results, the home page, and anywhere else your profile shows up within Bartopia. This image is also a 3:2 aspect ratio and does not require any resizing. We recommend choosing your best image from the previous section and uploading it again here.
Profile Image / Logo
This section is more or less a “Profile Picture” and is designed for your bar or restaurant logo. This image displays as a circle, just like Facebook and Instagram, and requires a square image (1:1 aspect ratio).
We highly recommend using your actual logo rather than another picture of your building, but it’s up to you. Many bars use their visual-only image, since their Brand Name displays just to the right.
